Shinelle Grant is committed to improving the lives of marginalized and low-income populations. She is a skilled leader because of her background managing several initiatives, leading different teams, and collaborating with a wide range of community stakeholders. She is a fantastic addition to the Youth Services team because, in addition to her professional background, she is aware of the politically and culturally pertinent tools available to serve underrepresented populations through the use of an anti-oppressive framework.
